Traveling on I-95 South from Mystic or Rhode Island:
Take EXIT 70 (Old Lyme). At bottom of exit ramp, turn RIGHT onto Lyme
Street. The entrance to the Museum is the second driveway on the left. The
student drop-off area is the brown barn with red flag behind the yellow
house. Proceed to bus parking.
Traveling on I-95 North from New Haven:
Take EXIT 70 (Old Lyme). At bottom of the exit ramp, turn LEFT onto Route
156. Proceed to second light. Turn RIGHT onto Halls Road. Take Halls Road
until it ends at Lyme Street (1/4 mile). Turn LEFT onto Lyme Street. The
entrance to the Museum is the second driveway on the left. The student
drop-off area is the brown barn with red flag behind the yellow house.
Proceed to bus parking.
There are brown state highway signs for FLORENCE GRISWOLD MUSEUM marking the
way.
When coming from Hartford:
Take I-91 South to Route 9 South. Follow Route 9 to I-95 North. Stay in
right-hand lane. Take EXIT 70 (Old Lyme). At bottom of the exit ramp, turn
LEFT onto Route 156. Proceed to second light. Turn RIGHT onto Halls Road.
Take Halls Road until it ends at Lyme Street (1/4 mile). Turn LEFT onto Lyme

Bus Parking
Bus should park in gravel lot between the two paved lots. Museum traffic is one-way and busses should exit onto Halls Road, make a left at Lyme Street and re-enter the Museum grounds for pick-up.
