The Museum offers a full range of planned giving vehicles to choose from—bequest, charitable gift annuities, charitable remainder annuities, and gifts of works of art for the collection. Because all planned gifts are designated for the endowment (except for the collection gifts), membership in the Lieutenant River Society has a lasting impact on the Museum’s future vitality.
Income from the endowment, as it builds over time helps the Museum:
- Supports its public mission through outstanding educational programs
- Protects against shortfalls in annual revenue and the means to respond to unforseen needs
- Strengthens its collection and enhances its overall site.
